RELAX, IT'S A TORLYS SMART FLOOR.

TORLYS understands that sometimes things can change when you are decorating! Once your floors is installed in your home environment if may not reflect what you envisioned. TORLYS wants you to be happy with your selection, therefore If after 30 days from installation you are not happy with the colour or style of the TORLYS Floor you chose, please contact your retailer and TORLYS will replace your floor with a new TORLYS Floor of equivalent value. All you pay is the installation and labour costs.

How does the program work?

  1. Register your Peace of Mind Assurance Warranty at www.torlys.com/warranty/warranty-registration
  2. Live with your floor for 30 days. If after 30 days you are not satisfied contact your dealer and order your new TORLYS Floor.
  3. If you purchased a:
    1. Premier – 3 Leaf flooring 3-Leaf rating :
      You qualify for the 30/30 plan. If after 30 days you are not satisfied with your floor, you have 30 days to order another TORLYS Floor from the same dealer. Your dealer will charge you only labour costs associated with the removal and replacement of your TORLYS floor.
    2. Elite – 4 Leaf flooring 4-Leaf rating :
      You qualify for the 30/60 plan. If after 30 days you are not satisfied with your floor, you have 60 days to order another TORLYS Floor from the same dealer. Your dealer will charge you only labour costs associated with the removal and replacement of your TORLYS floor.
    3. Designer – 5 Leaf flooring 5-Leaf rating :
      You qualify for the 30/90 plan. If after 30 days you are not satisfied with your floor, you have 90 days to order another TORLYS Floor from the same dealer. Your dealer will charge you only labour costs associated with the removal and replacement of your TORLYS floor.
Frequently Asked Questions and Conditions
  1. What happens if my new TORLYS Floor costs more money than the original floor I purchased?
    Answer: Your dealer will charge you the difference in cost.
  2. What happens if my new TORLYS Floor costs less money than the original floor?
    Answer: Under the terms of this program you will not receive a credit or rebate for the difference in cost. You are encouraged to select a floor of equal value.
  3. Do I have to select my replacement floor from the same dealer?
    Answer: Yes. This ensures one point of contact and easy follow-up.
  4. Does the original floor need to be professionally installed by the dealer?
    Answer: Yes. Professionally trained installers ensure proper installation and enable us to re-use your original TORLYS Floor for charitable causes.
  5. How many times can I replace the floor in my room?
    Answer: There is a limitation of one replacement floor per purchase.
  6. What if the floor was vandalized?
    Answer: No replacement will be made should the TORLYS floor be subjected to vandalism, abuse, improper maintenance, alteration, or damage caused by smoke, fire, flood, wind, lightning, or any other casualty event.
  7. This is a replacement warranty and does not apply to matters covered by other warranties.

NOTE: This is a replacement warranty that only relates to the consumer’s dissatisfaction with the colour or style  of the TORLYS flooring he / she chose. It does not apply to matters covered by other warranties.
